The Standard Plan costs $456 per year and includes two routine cleanings for patients with healthy gums. If you have periodontal disease requiring additional care, the Periodontal Care Plus plan is $612 annually and includes three cleanings. For patients with advanced periodontal needs, the Periodontal Care Premium plan provides four cleanings per year for $720.
Our downtown location offers the same three tiers with slightly different pricing. The Standard Plan is $540 annually with two cleanings included. The Periodontal Care Plus plan costs $720 per year and includes three cleanings, while the Periodontal Care Premium plan is $840 annually with four cleanings.
Every membership plan includes comprehensive preventive care: two routine examinations, one emergency examination, all necessary X-rays, oral cancer screening, two fluoride treatments, and iTero digital scanning at your new patient appointment. As a member, you’ll also receive a 15% discount on all treatments, with exceptions only for Invisalign, Botox, and purchased products like electric toothbrushes.
